How To Order

Registration

We have recently created the online portal for wholesale customers. In order to use this service you must first register for access, done via the Registration Page. This applies to both existing and new wholesale customers: we are taking this as an opportunity to ensure that all the details we currently hold on record are up to date.

Order

Once you have your login details you can begin placing your order. Visit the portal at wholesale.winghamwoolwork.co.uk and use your details to log on. Once in you can browse and add to your basket just as you would anywhere else shopping online.

Placing Your Order

Once everything is in in your basket you can checkout. We will ask you to confirm the addresses for both invoicing and delivery. No payment is required when you confirm your order.

Packing

Once we receive your order we will send it through to the packing department. 

Payment

When your order is packed up and ready to be shipped we will send you an email for payment. This will contain a link to our secure payment gateway, where you'll be able to enter your banking details. 

Shipping

Once we receive your payment your order will be shipped immediately.

Shipping to the UK is charged at £10 +VAT for weights of up to 25Kg. This is the maximum amount we can send in one parcel. Any subsequent parcels required will be charged at £10 +VAT each.

Shipping outside of the UK will be manually calculated when we complete your invoice. This is calcualted on the dimensions, weight and vaue of your parcel.

• Wholesale supplies are made to those re-selling as a business. Verification of this will be required during the application process. We reserve the right not to supply anyone who we feel does not meet the requirements as outlined on the Application Form.
• All wholesale prices are listed excluding VAT. VAT will be added at the current rate for wholesalers within the EU. VAT will not be added if you are Vat registered within the EU or if you are located outside of the EU.
• All sales are made on the condition that payment is made before dispatch. 
• The minimum amount for any individual fibre is 500gm.
• The minimum total value of any order must be £100 excluding carriage.
• Returns of items are accepted when in their original, unused item condition. For example, if 1kilo of black Merino is ordered we must receive the full 1kilo back for a refund.
• Not all of our range is available wholesale, such as Ashford and Kromski equipment and various fibres. If anything is not listed on the Wholesale section of the website it is not available for wholesale prices.
• No additional discounts apply to Wholesale orders.
